City of Baldwin offers bounties on pocket gophers. Gopher bounties are collected during normal business hours. City Hall's office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, closed for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays. Gopher bounties can also be collected from 6:00 PM to 6:55 PM on the first City Council meeting of the month unless that date falls on a holiday.

The current bounty is $2.00 per pair of feet. The pairs of feet should be mounted to a cardboard with your name and address listed legibly somewhere on the cardboard.
