Rum River Consultants (RRC) is the City of Baldwin's designated Building Official. RRC provides Building Inspection Services to the residents and business owners of the City of Baldwin. Administrative and inspection staff at RRC are available six days per week to assist owners and contractors with questions and site inspections. Payment by cash or check, paid to the order of the City of Baldwin, can be mailed or dropped off at the Baldwin City Hall.
Credit Card payments can also be made online on the home page towards the bottom under "Quicklinks." Please include your permit#. For credit card payments, use this link. The processing fee is 2.9% plus $.30.
